Hotel Actual – A Favorite for Families in Barcelona

Hotel Actual sits on Passeig de Gràcia, one of Barcelona's most prestigious avenues. The hotel is a few meters from Gaudí's La Pedrera and a short walk to Casa Batlló. Guests can reach the Sagrada Familia by metro or on foot using Diagonal station nearby.

The hotel offers 81 rooms, including family rooms that accommodate up to six guests with interconnecting options. Many rooms have balconies overlooking Passeig de Gràcia, and all include air conditioning, soundproofing, and private bathrooms. For longer stays, the Actual Coliving option provides competitive rates for extended reservations.

A buffet breakfast featuring high-quality local products is served each morning in the hotel's café. Guests can later return for drinks at the bar or order breakfast in the room. The café also offers casual dining with local tapas and gastronomic options during the day.

Personalized concierge services help guests book local tours, purchase tickets, and navigate Barcelona's attractions. The 24-hour front desk handles luggage storage, dry cleaning, and laundry. A tour desk also sells tickets for nearby sights and public transport passes.

The rooftop terrace offers views of La Pedrera and the surrounding Modernist architecture. Guests can relax in the outdoor space with designated seating areas. The terrace is accessible from the hotel's upper floors and provides a quiet vantage point above the city.
